Sacha Lee
Principal Architect/Owner

Sacha, a licensed Architect and the creative force behind Aeon Design, has nearly two decades of design expertise in both Canada and the United States. Sacha is a seasoned professional specializing in high-end residential and commercial design.
Her career, which has unfolded locally at firms such as Audax Architecture, GPAIA, and Diamond & Schmidt, has spanned many diverse projects. From single-family homes to multi-unit townhomes and condos, and the dynamic energy of restaurants, hotels, clinics, salons, and retail stores, Sacha has a wide range of skills and experience.
In 2018, Sacha established her own design studio. What sets Sacha apart is her unwavering commitment to her clients. She excels in the art of crafting unique, tailor-made solutions to their space challenges, relishing the intricacies of balancing creative design work with the practicalities of construction. Sacha’s passion for creating spaces that resonate, both aesthetically and emotionally, is at the core of her craft.
In addition to architecture, Sacha is an avid gardener. Her green thumb and knowledge of outdoor spaces further inspires her design philosophy, allowing her to offer expert advice on how to harmoniously integrate interior and exterior design, creating cohesive and inviting environments for her clients both inside and out.

Maya Higeli
Architectural Designer
BArch (TMU)
Maya is a recent graduate with an Honours Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly known as Ryerson University).
Maya’s professional path illustrates her passion for the world of residential architecture and interior design. She has worked on a diverse array of projects, from townhouse developments and high-rise condominiums to small-scale homes throughout Ontario.
Maya enjoys the hands-on nature of residential design and the intricate detailing of materials involved in crafting custom homes. What truly drives her is the problem-solving aspect of design, relishing the challenge of crafting spaces that positively impact people’s lives on a personal level. Meeting our clients, understanding their needs, and then playing a role in helping their visions come to life are deeply fulfilling aspects of her work.
Beyond design, Maya enjoys travel, photography, and music. She has fond memories of savoring gelato in Rome and wandering the streets of Barcelona, finding inspiration in different cultures and architectural wonders. A passionate concert-goer and music enthusiast, Maya frequently enjoys live entertainment at Toronto venues.
Peyton Smith
Operations and Office Manager
Peyton Smith is the Operations Manager at Aeon Design, where she blends sharp organizational skills with a genuine passion for client relationships. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and many years of experience in operations, administration, marketing, and hospitality, Peyton brings a well-rounded perspective to every project.
She thrives on building systems that keep projects running seamlessly – guiding them from the earliest planning stages to the final reveal. For Peyton, the best moment is seeing a client’s face light up when our team’s vision becomes their reality. Her love for design began early, sparked by home makeover shows, bedroom transformations, and countless hours spent on home design games. Today, she channels that same enthusiasm into supporting Aeon’s creative team, coordinating every detail to ensure each project is delivered with precision and care.
Outside the studio, Peyton can be found traveling to destinations rich in history (or blessed with a perfect beach), diving into a great book, and exploring Toronto’s restaurant scene. She’s equally happy savoring a slow morning with a matcha in hand or spending time with the people she loves most.
